Job Description
The Lead Regional Clinical Site Manager (LRCSM) is a leadership role focused on overseeing and mentoring a team of regional clinical site managers. This position supports global clinical trials through close collaboration with internal teams, including Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring successful trial execution and managing CRO partners. The role involves site management, patient safety, compliance, and communication with stakeholders.
