Job Description
The Director of Pharmacy will oversee all aspects of pharmacy management, including strategic planning, administrative tasks, and clinical operations. They will be responsible for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and financial stewardship, working under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer. This role requires strong leadership, operational experience and a commitment to fostering pharmacy innovation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
- Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of California
- Minimum five (5) years of pharmacy practice experience
- One (1) or more years in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal formulary and Medicaid operational systems
- Proficiency with hospital or clinic pharmacy software, including EHR and inventory systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and written communication skills
- Valid California Driver’s License and insurability under company policy
