Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

We are seeking licensed Texas-based therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide high-quality virtual mental health care. Therapists will guide clients through emotional and behavioral challenges using clinically sound techniques in a remote setting. The role involves developing customized treatment strategies, conducting assessments, and collaborating with care teams.

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
