Gotion Inc. is a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles, including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route. The company is seeking an HR Manager to play a critical role in supporting the launch and ongoing operations of its Giga IL brownfield facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in leading and managing people
