Lean / Six Sigma Specialist

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Lean/Six Sigma Specialist to work closely with manufacturing teams to enhance operational efficiency at our Manteno, IL facility. The role will focus on optimizing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and executing continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
