Technical Program Manager, Cell Product

Gotion, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to spearhead US OEM customer projects in cell product development. The role involves leading initiatives from concept to production, coordinating with customers and the headquarter cell team, and managing projects from conception to production handover.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge and strong industry experience in lithium-ion battery cell technology
• Minimum of 5 years in product development or manufacturing, with a mix of engineering and project management roles
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively across functions and manage large teams
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs
