Business Lead - Merchant Wallet

As a Business Lead for the Merchant Services Team, you will spearhead initiatives to drive business growth and optimize the product go-to-market strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving the acquisition and retention of merchants, refining merchant acquisition/engagement strategies, and collaborating with product, analytics, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and marketing teams to create innovative solutions that drive merchant success.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in business and product knowledge and project management
• Analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in utilising data and metrics to support requirements and features
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to navigate and create clarity in ambiguous situations, demonstrating proactive leadership and initiative
