• Lead Vendor Selection process
• Lead and manage the regional P2P procurement team
• Oversee the end-to-end P2P process
• Develop and implement regional procurement policies, controls, and best practices
• Drive cost reduction and avoidance initiatives
• Partner with finance, legal, and business units to streamline P2P workflows
• Manage and evaluate suppliers
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development to team members
