Job Description
Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking a Lending & Finance Partner to join their Corporate Practice. The role involves assisting banking and other financial services clients with complex lending and commercial finance transactions, including representing banks and lenders. This is an opportunity for an established attorney looking for a collaborative team and a portable book of business.
Requirements
- Significant experience with financing transactions of all sorts
- 10+ years of substantive experience
- Expertise in asset-based and cash-flow lending transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with venture debt transactions
- Eligibility to waive the bar exam in Illinois or Colorado
