Project Planner

GovCIO is seeking a Communications & Project Planning Specialist to provide internal communications, manage project planning, and coordinate with external agencies. The role will be onsite in Qatar and involve administrative tasks such as planning meetings, coordinating requirements, and managing projects. The position requires a combination of technical skills and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Administer, manage, and perform planning and implementation activities.
• Provide continuity for deployed United States Air Force (USAF) personnel.
• Convene and lead planning meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences.
• Coordinate with SMEs, local command, and external agencies to develop and brief project plans.
• Coordinate and process requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track requirements and input into the government database.
