GovCIO is hiring a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program.

Requirements

• ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
• Establishing and executing platform governance.
• Evaluating operational and strategic demands against platform capabilities and leading practices.
• Translating technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Working directly with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Creating architectural blueprints for federal agencies.
• Leading ServiceNow version upgrades.
• Deep understanding of overall ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Network security, LAN/WAN design, and network infrastructure documentation.
