Job Description
GovCIO is hiring a System Administrator/Software Analyst to support our US Coast Guard IPSS contract needs. This position is a hybrid remote position located in St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining systems and documentation.
Requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues by asking questions, running diagnostics, and using problem-solving skills.
- Handle support requests, document and log calls and issues in a trouble ticketing system, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain systems and documentation, install and configure software, and document internal procedures and FAQs.
- Communicate with users, walk them through the use of products or systems, and provide follow-up communication to ensure resolution.
