Senior Implementation Engineer

Govini is looking for motivated, curious, and data-driven individuals to join their team as Senior Implementation Engineers. The role involves developing new methodologies to answer client questions with Govini's data, leveraging quantitative skills to configure Govini's technology to achieve customer outcomes, and communicating data-driven insights to executives in the national security community.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Political Science, International Security, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar fields
• Strong familiarity/skills with SQL, Python, and/or R
• 3-7 years experience performing national security-related analytics
• Knowledge of defense acquisition life cycle and program management, technology scouting, and supply chain risk management
• History of engaging with and presenting to federal Government stakeholders
• Excellent professional demeanor with a willingness to work outside of your comfort zone in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude for solving open-ended issues in unpredictable, unstructured environments
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and projects, learn quickly, and work independently with little supervision
