Junior Account Executive (m/w/d) - Public Sector SaaS

We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our sales team and help automate procedures for public tenders. As a motivated talent, you'll learn how qualified B2B sales works in the public sector and develop into a fully responsible Account Executive over time.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the B2B environment
• High learning readiness and genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and digitalization
• Structured working style and willingness to take on responsibility
• Communication strength and fun in conversations with decision-makers
• First contact with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) an advantage
• Ownership mentality - you want to get better and deliver measurable results
• Interest in the public sector, GovTech, or AI solutions
