Divisional Financial Controller

We are seeking a Divisional Financial Controller to join our Logistics finance team. This role provides high-quality financial analysis, commercial insight, and strategic guidance to support the optimisation of current performance and future returns across the logistics portfolio.

Requirements

• Leading and developing a team of portfolio finance managers and analysts
• Owning monthly financial performance monitoring and analysis
• Partnering closely with Asset, Investment and Funds Management teams
• Leading end-to-end financial, management and statutory reporting
• Contributing to CFO updates, investor reporting, and half-year and annual reporting cycles
• Overseeing tenant reporting, wash-ups, governance, audit and risk management processes
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling
