Retail Manager

We are currently looking for a Retail Manager to join the team at the iconic Macquarie Centre and take responsibility for the ongoing retail management component of the asset.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail management role
• Well-honed negotiation skills
• Proven ability to deliver results
• Strong understanding of the Retail industry and the Retail Leases Act
• Ability to develop and deliver business strategies in an innovative and dynamic way
• High level of financial understanding and commercial acumen
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to present to, engage with and build effective working relationships with all stakeholders alike
