We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Analyst to support our Logistics Development and Investment Management teams through the delivery of high-quality development feasibilities and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree and CA or CPA qualified, or eligible to obtain professional membership
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent business and commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of property fundamentals
• Advanced Excel cashflow modelling capability
• Proven experience in development analysis
• Ability to produce clear, effective reports
