Senior Tax Manager, Transactions

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Tax Manager, Transactions to join GPT's Finance team, reporting to the Head of Tax. This is a high-impact, transaction-focused role within one of Australia's most active ASX-listed property and funds management platforms.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of tax experience
• Strong background in transactions and M&A tax gained within a Big 4 professional services firm and/or in-house in a listed or large private property, infrastructure or funds management environment
• Deep technical expertise in Australian income tax
• Strong working knowledge of stamp duty
• Proven experience advising on inbound investment and fund structures
