Job Description
GR8 Global is a firm that brings together top accounting talent from around the world to provide financial services to businesses. We're looking for a CAAS Staff to work with our engagement teams to achieve our mission of Financial Management Services.
Requirements
- Actively maintain the firm's core values HT3 and service standards
- Maintain client files in appropriate software
- Responsible for accurate coding of general ledger transactions
- Ensure accuracy of client financial records
- Calculate and make appropriate accrual entries
- Work with accounting software on fixed assets and determine related depreciation
- Complete analysis of general ledger accounts to identify needed adjustments
- Prepare relevant reports of financial activity and use accounting skills for problem solving
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Prepare basic to medium complexity compiled and prepared financial statements, tax write-ups and related workpapers
- Research sales and property tax issues
- Act as a liaison between service areas and client related vendors
