Job Description
Grab is a leading superapp in Southeast Asia, and the Merchant Enablement Lead role drives the design and execution of merchant enablement strategies to enable merchants to effectively adopt and operate Grab's platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimally 5 years of experience in product operations or project/program management
- Experience working in environments involving Product, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Experience leading teams and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Operational thinking with the ability to translate product capabilities into scalable operational frameworks
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
