Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking 2 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Day Shift (9am-3pm) and Weekend shifts (9am-2pm), providing in-home support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The role involves transporting clients, collaborating with teams, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Experience with behavioral clients and CPR is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Direct support
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Experience working with clients with Developmental Disabilities
• CPR Training and Certification
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet or Computer
• Proficient in note-writing and time recording
