Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring Male 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) from 9am-3pm to provide support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities in the community or their homes. This is a 1:1 shift requiring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Accompanying and transporting 1:1 client to community engagement outings.
• Experience working with clients with Developmental Disabilities.
• CPR Training and Certification (last 2 years).
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet or Computer.
• Proficient in note-writing and time recording.
• Team player mentality, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Ability to pass Employment and Background Checks.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
