Manage new client intakes during after-hours, completing eligibility forms, verifying Medicaid enrollment, and preparing cases for the day team to process.
Requirements
- Answer evening calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients and support coordinators
- Conduct Housing Supports and DDD intakes via phone or Zoom
- Enter data into Therap, HMIS, or intake tracking systems
- Verify Medicaid (NJ FamilyCare) coverage and MCO (Aetna, Horizon, Wellpoint, UHC, Fidelis)
- Prepare intake documentation for Prior Authorization and Billing teams
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
