Job Description
Grace Health is seeking a Director of Healthcare Risk and Compliance to lead and direct a high-performance program. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing the internal risk and compliance reporting processes for Grace Health. The Director will also serve as an advisor and enabler for enhanced program initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaboration with stakeholders across departments and external organizations is key to maintaining an integrated and system-wide strategy for improved health outcomes and program impact.
Requirements
- Develop and oversee Grace Health’s risk and compliance program.
- Develop and maintain relevant policies, procedures, audit tools, and training materials.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance plan.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Monitor clinical activities and conduct systematic audits.
