Job Description
Gradient AI, a fast-growing AI startup, is seeking a Client Executive to manage relationships with health insurance underwriting clients. The role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor, contributing to product roadmap discussions and documentation. This role is highly customer-focused and offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced tech environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting clients in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of the health insurance underwriting industry
- Highly organized with time-sensitive objectives
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- CRM experience (Salesforce) strongly preferred
