Gradient AI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to revolutionize Group Health and P&C insurance with AI-powered solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing predictive models to improve risk assessment, underwriting, and claims. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or similar
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in health insurance underwriting or care management
- Master's or Ph.D. in related field and 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Python and core data science ecosystems (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, LightGBM)
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency analyzing and building model using health insurance claims data
