We're looking for a Brand Designer to join our team and help shape the future of customer operations. As a Brand Designer, you will differentiate Gradient Labs with our visual identity, own design for our website and other digital channels, and translate creative concepts into cohesive work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Exceptional craft and attention to detail
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to execute campaigns across digital and physical mediums
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to design with performance in mind and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Bias for action and ability to meet deadlines
