Job Description
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company seeking an Observability Architect to pioneer a new Customer Experience function. This role involves deploying and operating Grafana's customer lifecycle to drive adoption and maximize value. The architect will collaborate with Engagement Managers to serve customers, drive adoption, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sales, TAM or other post-sales technical experience.
- Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
- Great at connecting product usage to value (ROI).
- Great at managing customer lifecycle.
- First class written and oral communication skills.
