Job Description
Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their manufacturing team. This role involves supervising hourly employees in all phases of a blow molded container manufacturing process, focusing on safety, quality, customer service, and plant productivity. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment while adhering to established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Understands and enforces safety, health, quality GMP, and Company policies.
- Exercises authority and independent judgment in the interest of the company.
- Provides shift documentation, review and authorization of time records, and manages temporary staffing.
- Manages machine utilization, identifies optimization opportunities, and recommends personnel changes.
- Participates in job safety training and follows plant rules.
