Job Description
Imperial Supplies is a national distributor of quality maintenance products seeking a Contact Center Manager - Acquisitions to lead the sales division and meet sales, gross profit, and new business growth goals. The role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic oversight to a team of Dedicated Account Advisors focused on acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of successful sales and management experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
