Government Sales Accelerator Program - California

The Grainger Government Sales Accelerator Program is a 6-month program designed to provide a broad learning experience for recent college graduates or early in career aspirants interested in developing into a full-time Sales role. The program exposes participants to an intentional set of learning experiences, including how to acquire new customers, demonstrate the value of Sales & Services functions, and selling Grainger’s value to customers. Team members will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple parts of the sales organization and gain in-depth knowledge of the business.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
