The Sales Coordinator provides support to sales team members who are aligned to contractual customers. Sales Coordinators manage multiple track codes with approx. $150M in revenue. The purpose of the role is to shift non-selling activities away from our sales partners, enabling them to reallocate their time to strategic selling activities, resulting in sales growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess the technological capabilities to efficiently navigate the Grainger systems and-software packages to support customers.
- Ability to influence without authority and negotiates to make sound decisions and-drive for best results while minimizing risk to the company.
- Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired result is achieved or is no-longer reasonably attainable.
- Practices agility while working in fast paced environment and leads with Continuous-Improvement mindset regarding opportunities within processes and technologies.
- Strong proficient excel skills and ability to learn new, efficient ways to manipulate and share data.
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities with agility and perform in fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong decision making, solution focused and troubleshooting skills.
- Business acumen and knowledge of MRO industry.
