The Senior Analyst, Private Label leads the efforts associated with the on-time launching of new products to Grainger.com and supports ongoing operational processes such as Category Review, product launch activities, and assortment updates.
Requirements
- Deliver on-time product and category launches
- Evaluate Decision to Sell (DTS) requests for category relevancy and customer need
- Help maintain an optimal assortment
- Execute new product addition processes
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer product, category, desk, or merchandising questions
- Track desk-level decisions for product reviews
- Leverage advanced analytics and technical product knowledge to recommend assortment changes
- Analyze customer feedback and prior maintenance ticket requests
- Partner with Channel Merchandising Manager and Merchant to build and implement the category strategy
- Collaborate with partners in Product Information, Search, and Publishing to optimize online content
- Partner with Supplier Management and Grainger Global Sourcing (GGS) for Voice of the Supplier feedback
