Sr Product Manager

Grainger is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define strategy, vision, and roadmap for core KeepStock capabilities that enable inventory management at scale across customer sites. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, UX, analytics, and operations partners to deliver software-driven workflows and decisioning that improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core KeepStock capabilities
• Partner with Operations, engineering, UX, and analytics to translate field workflows and constraints into clear product requirements
• Define and evolve decisioning approaches that support consistent execution across a diverse set of customer sites
• Identify and prioritize customer and internal needs; translate them into a product roadmap and specifications that guide iterative delivery
• Lead agile delivery teams through structured execution, providing business context and aligning partners on scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics
