System Engineer (Germany)

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced System Engineer for their IT Infrastructure team based in Germany (hybrid). The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a hybrid IT environment, including on-premises servers, cloud services, and networks, supporting international users and driving infrastructure modernization across European sites. This position offers hands-on technical work and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in system and network engineering
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, and enterprise networking
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Wireshark, traceroute, PowerShell scripting)
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and automation tools
• Fluent in English (daily use) and German proficiency preferred
• Willingness to travel to all EU sites (up to 50%)
• Participation in 4-stage interview process
