Commercial Account Executive

Superhuman is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive upmarket expansion of their AI-native productivity suite, Grammarly. This role focuses on delivering high average contract values through solution selling and building strong relationships with C-level executives. The position is ideal for someone passionate about AI and value-based selling within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional sales experience as a closer, preferably selling B2B SaaS products to a mid-market target customer.
• Proven track record of closing five and/or six-figure+ deals with mid-market organizations.
• Successful navigation of complex sales cycles, building consensus among stakeholders, and exceeding quota.
• Deep understanding of value-based selling and ROI-focused sales approaches.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger Sale.
• Bias to action and eagerness to learn new processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication and operational rigor skills.
• AI enthusiasm and a strategic mindset.
• Experience managing complex deals with senior executives.
