Job Description
Superhuman is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive sustainable and scalable growth across the customer lifecycle. They are seeking a product-led growth leader focused on optimizing conversion, unlocking self-serve revenue, and scaling their B2B PLG engine. This role involves data-driven experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on customer understanding and usability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led environment
- Proven track record in PLG or self-serve models, with success owning metrics like signup-to-activation, retention, expansion, and LTV/CAC.
- End-to-end growth strategy ownership
- Analytical insight and data fluency
- Experience with product integrations or ecosystem strategy
