Job Description
Grammarly is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the experience of top companies like Apple and Electronic Arts, focusing on enterprise admin products. This role involves leading design of enterprise features, interacting with customers, and driving strategic direction for Coda Enterprise and Admin experiences. Grammarly focuses on using AI to simplify communication and improve productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably with admin or billing systems.
- Experience championing new design patterns when existing systems don't apply.
- Proven ability to design scalable enterprise products (dashboards, workflows, management, productivity tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating transforming complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments and balancing speed and craft.
- Willingness to travel to Berlin and San Francisco.
