Job Description
Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and innovative team. This full-time, fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the subacute rehabilitation of our Geriatric and Palliative care clients.
Requirements
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- A minimum of seven years’ experience, with demonstrated expertise in Aged Care or Geriatric rehabilitation, and preferably a post-graduate qualification in the relevant clinical area of practice
- Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required
