Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving concerns, performing membership functions, and maintaining cleanliness. The company emphasizes a Judgement Free Zone® approach and a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone
- Willingness to occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals
