Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, promote a Judgment Free Zone, and contribute to a positive member experience. The role involves key functions such as greeting members, resolving concerns, and maintaining club cleanliness.
Requirements
- Greet members and guests
- Assist with membership functions (sign-ups, balance updates, cancellations)
- Respond to phone calls and answer general inquiries
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of club areas
- Maintain club safety and appearance
- Problem-solve and escalate to a manager for complex issues
