Job Description
As a junior accountant at Grant Thornton, you will be responsible for a varied range of tasks, including preparing VAT and other tax returns, drawing up financial statements, and accurately entering accounting documents. You will work with diverse clients in a wide range of sectors and be in direct contact with clients from the start.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy and taxation, Master's in applied economic sciences (majoring in accountancy), or Master's in commercial sciences (majoring in accountancy and taxation)
- Understanding of economy and interest in the business world
- Flexibility in terms of travelling to offices and clients
- Ambitious and inquiring mind
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Initiative, responsibility, and methodical work
