Job Description
As a Corporate Tax Senior Associate, you'll design, implement, and execute accounting method studies and fixed asset reviews for clients, collaborating with MCI leadership and using specialized tax resources. You'll lead, develop, and mentor engagement teams, and participate in marketing and sales aspects of engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's or Ph.D. in Accounting or Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Financial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research (preferred)
- CPA or a legal background (J.D., LLM) (preferred)
- Two years of relevant work experience in a Tax environment
- Intermediate understanding of tax return mechanics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time, manage multiple projects, and meet client deadlines
- Ability to analyze and summarize data with accuracy
- Experience working as a productive member of a team
