Job Description
The Corporate Tax Senior Manager will join the corporate tax practice, supporting business income tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 (income tax accounting) projects. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including the Washington National Tax Office, and focuses on helping clients with their tax functions and contributing to firm growth through business development. The position is a primary pathway to Partner or Managing Director in the firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master's degree in taxation, LLM in Taxation or JD preferred
- CPA or JD/active law license required
- 5-7 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
