Job Description
Cargill is seeking a strategic Senior Director to lead their Retail and Foodservice Sales across European markets. This role is pivotal in expanding market presence and driving growth in both foodservice and retail channels with a diversified portfolio in oils, protein, and gourmet chocolate. It requires strong leadership and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
Requirements
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Retail and Foodservice channels.
- Evaluate, measure and lead the channel and applicable brand profit and loss.
- Plan, develop and deliver marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
- Develop mid to long-term plans for optimal organizational management.
- Provide strategic leadership and talent management activities.
- Maintain information on organizational views and products and services.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in private label, B2C/retail, and large foodservice/QSR environments.
