Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Borg is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, fast-paced team. They are seeking an individual who is passionate about solving complex data problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves developing APIs, building UIs, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions in the world of perfect information.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with complex, high-availability, high throughput backend systems
• 5+ years experience with complex user flows on web
• JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming and Python
• Deep expertise in at least one of the major web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Experience building scalable APIs and optimizing performance
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and techniques (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Demonstrated ability to take advantage of cloud-native technologies to build a robust, high availability platform
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Growth mindset and dedication to engineering objectives
