Job Description
Graphcore is seeking an experienced DFT engineer to join their Silicon team. The role involves working on next-generation AI designs for data centers, focusing on DFT methodologies and creating efficient integration pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of DFT concepts and experience in areas such as RTL design, simulations, and synthesis. The company has significant recent investment from SoftBank and is focused on advancing AI compute hardware and software.
Requirements
- Good understanding of DFT components (JTAG, IJTAG, Core Test, SSN, etc.)
- Experience in MBIST and BISR implementation and verification
- Solid understanding of design verification methodologies for DFT features
- Exposure to STA constraints development and analysis
- Experience in Scan based testing and ATPG tools
- Knowledge of ATPG pattern verification and gate-level simulation flows
- Experience with Verilog RTL coding and System Verilog
- Strong scripting and debugging skills using Python, TCL, Perl, Shell
- Understanding of digital integrated circuits and systems
