Généraliste RH | HR Generalist

Grass Valley is seeking an HR Generalist to act as the point of contact for managers, employees, and team members regarding HR-related matters and projects. The HR Generalist will provide guidance, advice, and assistance to internal stakeholders throughout their employee journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA or CRIA)
• Knowledge of AI tools applied to HR
• Strong knowledge of Quebec labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of English appropriate to the duties
