Job Description
Gravity Haus is seeking a Lead Line Cook III - a full-time position focused on providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and possesses a passion for hospitality. The role involves butchering meats, preparing various dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with customer service.
Requirements
- At least three - four years of culinary experience
- Experience in leading others or ability to become a leader of a culinary team
- Experience in butchering premium high-end cuts of steak and other meat/game
- Experience in the butchery of fresh fish and shellfish
- Strong organization and active listening skills
- Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with knife skills
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, etc.)
- High school education, culinary school, or equivalent experience
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
