Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Gravity is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join its Finance team. The ideal candidate will own payroll and benefits operations for the growing global workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the United States, Canada, and international contractor teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, employment standards, and benefits administration across the U.S. and Canada
• Experience with modern payroll and HRIS systems (Rippling strongly preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear, professional communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
